It happens in India [ http://www.sikhgenocide.org/ + http://ensaaf.org/ ] and now it's happening openly in Burma too....

All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa
Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh

Somebody put in false copyright infringements on the videos, and youtube suspended the account. To file a counter-notice you have to provide your home address, phone numbers etc which is then passed onto the person who filed the counter notice.

Unfortunately theres nothing really that can be done unless there is another site to upload videos to.

It has happened to many other Sikh
uploaders probably in an attempt to limit Sikh Educational Videos on youtube.

Just another bump in the road :)

That's horrible Singho... Can't we upload them somewhere else? Maybe we should do the same thing to anti-Sikh propaganda all over you tube (e.g. hinduvta stuff). Maybe then they'll leave us alone!!! How dare they do that

I like your website Khalsa jeeo, but am not too sure with all the sentiments written in this blog.

One, I don't think it is a proper Khalsa response to someone not being ethically correct in their actions. When trying to handle situations like this I think we should remember Guru Gobind Singh Ji and his Zafarnamah to Aurangzheb after that man murdered Guru Sahib's entire family. If we read that Zafarnamah and remember Guru Sahib's actions, I think we would be better in our actions as Khalsay.

Two, I don't think we should even print the english transliterations and translation, because our Guru is not just the physical essence, not just the Bir itself necessarily but the Shabad, and that Shabad is not just written it is samrath and ang-sang in essence, it is an invisible and yet visible force at same time. Invisible in its existence, visible in its inspiration to us, the inspiration which comes to us from its message. If seen in that sense, then one can see how the message of Gurbani is what is Guru to us, not necessarily the physical Bir itself and so we should not be printing messages of Sikhi from Guru Granth Sahib Ji on materialistic things like wedding cards. Those are my sentiments, hope they made some sense.
